Navigation on the website, as well as the purchase of any product on the website www.indumentaria.pt, implies acceptance of these general conditions of contracting and use by the user and the customer.

Indumentária reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website www.indumentaria.pt.

The content of this website may not be copied, disseminated, altered or made accessible to third parties for commercial purposes.

Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

The products that Indumentária sells, produced by hand, often have the characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, knots and colors, are not considered defects or lack of conformity. On the contrary, it must count on their presence. Such features are unavoidable and must be accepted as part of the individual product appearance.

All products sold on the website www.indumentaria.pt comply with Portuguese legislation.

The brand and logo "Indumentária" are registered and are property of the company OPB Studio, Lda.

Indumentária, declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the customer.

Indumentária only processes the order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment. All purchases made through our website will be shipped within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment by the customer. In addition to this period, the transport time depends on the carrier and the destination of your order.

Any delay in the transport of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

When shopping at our online store, you have 3 payment options at your disposal:

All orders are processed in Euros.

When finalizing the order, the final amount to be paid will be indicated, after which you must choose the desired payment method.

In the event of a refund of values, this will take place within a maximum period of 14 working days.

Indumentária uses several suppliers to transport goods and the shipping costs are borne by the customer, paid at the time of purchase. Shipments are limited to 2 kg per order. Above this weight, the customer must contact us.

All questions relating to the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity or breach of the contract entered into between the parties, are subject to the competent Portuguese courts.

Portuguese law shall apply to such disputes, with express waiver of another.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

From the date of receipt of the order by the customer, he may exercise his right of free withdrawal under the legally established terms (14 days) and indicated below.

Failure to pay for the order within 2 (two) days following the date on which it was placed implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

Return of items must comply with the following conditions:

Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those who respect the return conditions will be accepted for return.

Returns are not accepted if the packaging is damaged or if the items show signs of use.

Clothing reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.

The refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.

Return shipping costs borne by the customer.
